Any damages/losses will be handled on a case by case basis, and all sales are final.
If an item you purchase is received damaged or is lost please contact us immediately. Please do NOT throw any packaging way as it is necessary to file a claim with the USPS.
We do the best to provide a clear picture and good description of all of my products so you receive exactly what you expected. We do not offer cash refunds or exchanges for items once they have been shipped. We do offer replacement for orders lost in the mail, damaged upon arrival, or wrong item shipped.
