WHOLESALE FAQ
HOW DO I SUBMIT A WHOLESALE ORDER?
If you are interested in carrying Pen & Paint products you can contact us or submit our simple Wholesale Request Form.
If you are already an approved wholesale customer you can email sales@pen-and-paint.com to place an order or re-order Pen & Paint products.
We also happily accept orders over the phone if that works best for you. You can contact us here to submit your order or schedule a call.
WHAT IS YOUR WHOLESALE ORDER MINIMUM?
Opening wholesales order must be $75.00+ not including the cost of shipping.
There is a $50.00+ minimum for re-orders.
IS A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT REQUIRED TO RESELL YOUR PRODUCTS?
Yes. You must have an approved account through our site or through Faire in order to resell our products. Any products purchased through our retail website may not be resold online, in a brick & mortar store, through social media, in person at a craft fair/market, etc.WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME FOR WHOLESALE ORDERS?
Turn-around time approx. 1-3 business days from order received.*
If for any reason you need an item rush ordered / delivered on a specific or future date please let us know when placing your order so we can accommodate your request.
*If items such as tea towels or tote bags are low in stock we will notify you and ship them at no additional cost when they are available (within 2 weeks).
