Wholesale Terms

PLACING A WHOLESALE ORDER

Opening order minimum - $75+ | Re-Order minimum - $50

Orders may be placed via our online store (after account registration & approval) by email, or by phone.

Orders made via our website require pre-payment and will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless a later ship date is requested.

WHOLESALE ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS

You must have an approved account through our site or through Faire in order to resell our products. Any products purchased through our retail website may not be resold online, in a brick & mortar store, through social media, in person at a craft fair/market, etc.

PAYMENT

Payment is required by retailers prior to shipping. We accept payment through Quickbooks (Debit/Credit card), pre-paid check, or Paypal.

SHIPPING

Paid orders ship within 1-2 business days of placement usually via USPS Priority Mail/UPS. Retailers are responsible for shipping costs. Retailers with Fed-Ex/UPS accounts may submit their information for shipping with no additional charge.

Orders over $250 are eligible for free domestic shipping/discounted international shipping.

RETURNS | DAMAGES

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any problems with your order. Returns are only accepted on damaged or defective items. Damaged, missing, or defective items must be reported within 5 business days of order receipt.

TIME SENSITIVE SHIPMENTS

If you need rush-shipping or to receive your order by a specific date please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you request and have your order shipped as soon as possible.
