+ 5x7 and 8x10 prints are carefully packaged with sturdy chipboard in a protective envelope and shipped in a rigid mailer
+ 11x14 prints are carefully rolled and shipped in a durable mailing tube

Shipping & Delivery
All items will be carefully packaged and shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation.
Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days unless noted in shop announcement there are shipping delays.
PLEASE READ: Please make sure the address at checkout is the one you desire your package shipped to. If you are shipping to a different address be sure to let us know. In the event the address you provide is incorrect you will be charged for us to reship the item to you once it is returned to me or if it is delivered to the incorrect address.
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days upon receipt of full payment. If you pay with an e-check your order will not be shipped until the check has cleared through PayPal.
International orders may take up to two weeks to arrive due to the USPS & customs in your country. Your patience is appreciated. Please remember international customers are responsible for any custom's taxes/fees. The value of your package cannot be adjusted or marked as "no customs value".

Returns & Exchanges
Any damages/losses will be handled on a case by case basis, and all sales are final.
If an item you purchase is received damaged or is lost please contact us immediately. Please do NOT throw any packaging way as it is necessary to file a claim with the USPS.
We do the best to provide a clear picture and good description of all of my products so you receive exactly what you expected. We do not offer cash refunds or exchanges for items once they have been shipped. We do offer replacement for orders lost in the mail, damaged upon arrival, or wrong item shipped.
